Client Work Product
Upon full payment for services, all intellectual property rights for delivered work transfer to the client. Until full payment is received, Stark Content retains all rights to the work product.
Stark Content may use completed projects as anonymized portfolio examples unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Service Terms
Engagement
Specific terms for service engagements (scope, timeline, payment, deliverables) will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work or service agreement for each project.
Technical Accuracy Guarantee
Stark Content guarantees technical accuracy based on materials provided by the client. If technical misinterpretation occurs due to unclear communication or error in translation of client materials, Stark Content will correct it at no additional charge.
This guarantee does not cover changes to project scope, additional content requests, or errors in client-provided source materials.
Payment
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

50% payment is due upfront

50% payment is due upon delivery of final work

Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date

Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month on outstanding balance
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law:

Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Damages exceeding the amount paid for services
